my stay was amazing because the guest house is so welcoming with a homely feel and in a perfect location for town and the bus station, making it very easy to explore Newquay on foot and check out beautiful spots like Towan Beach, just a 5-minute walk away.

Request a room on an upper floor for a great sea view. it's worth the extra effort for the scenery.

We had a fabulous time enjoying the clean, spacious room and the amazing tea and coffee selection. Jo and Dan were incredibly welcoming, and our little dog felt right at home. Plus, the location was just perfect for quick beach access.

The hostess was exceptionally warm and welcoming, providing plenty of tea and milk throughout our visit. The guest house is ideally located, close to multiple beaches and a bus station for easy travel. it felt cramped at times, particularly in the en suite bathroom, and the breakfast arrangements could be improved as dining options were limited within the property.

the fairways is a gem! it's super private, and after a lovely welcome from joanne, we enjoyed our time without interruptions. we stayed in room 8 with a fantastic sea view and got the best night's sleep. the location is just a hop to fistral beach, making it even better.

I really loved the full English breakfast served right to my room each morning while relaxing and watching TV! The rooms were spotless and provided plenty of space. The only hiccup was a slight damp smell in the entrance, but it didn't affect my stay.

Had a fab stay! The full English brekkie delivered was sooo good. Loved how Jo was super helpful, gave me tips on where to visit. The only bummer was the shower was a bit cramped. Still, the place was clean and comfy. It's close to the beach, which is awesome for sunbathing.
